The Collective is a select group of experienced, elite artists, comprised predominantly of high school–aged members. These dedicated individuals will benefit from direct college mentorship and comprehensive career training guided by our esteemed directors, alongside invaluable opportunities to collaborate closely with premier industry professionals. Throughout the season, they will be afforded multiple performance engagements at both adjudicated and non-adjudicated events. 

With a 20-year legacy of excellence, Collective alumni have earned acceptance to some of the most prestigious universities and training programs in the world, including Juilliard, USC, NYU, UCLA, Chapman, and Yale. Others have joined collegiate dance teams or continued their training at elite programs such as Arts Umbrella and The Ailey School. Graduates have gone on to perform with professional companies worldwide and build impactful careers as industry professionals, collegiate professors, convention faculty, and dance educators.
